Warning: Food will be consumed!

That warning needs to follow me around. Since I've started this great endeavor, I have had the munchies like no one else. What's worse is I don't have the time to go to the gym. My workout is climbing three flights of stairs (39 actual steps because I usually count the steps on the stairs, not the steps on the landing, just the steps of the actual stairs..not OCD, but more of a passing the time? Maybe OCD..not sure) at least three times a day. Wow! That's a strain. Luckily I've managed to not actually consume more food and instead just sit about wishing I had a bag of M&Ms or some chips or some ice cream or an extra piece of the individual size lasagnas that Lean Cuisine and Stoffers make.
Drink more fluids you might say.
Yep, flippin great! Except some of my classes don't allow water, when water is allowed it has to be in a special mug (which I bring and drink) but then to get more water unless I am at home, I have to use the fountain and drink what? The weirdo Waco water!

My goal: To not gain 10 pounds by the end of my first year. Now let me restate this, it's not the pounds I'm so worried about, as I might in theory decide I can pump iron while reading and briefing and so I could gain weight in muscle. More let's just say, my pants better fit at the end of this year (being November).
