Is it odd that most things are masculine in my thoughts...rarely do I look at an object and think it feminine. Hm...moving on.
Since moving to my new locale, my three cats have decided to take aggressive action against my bamboo plant. As was pointed out to me, having the plant next to their tower was not the best idea as they could easily snack on the leaves. Well I don't have too many windows, so it's either the one next to the tower or the one next to the bed. Both have great lounging opportunities. I have over the past several days rearranged the bamboo (turning it in various ways so the branches are not as close to the tower) in hopes of dissuading the little furry beasts to leave it alone. The little devils go out of their way to chew on it all the same. Now I've moved it across the room. The light still hits it from the window, but there are no great places to sit and reach the leaves. Taz is attempting to climbing the wall (seriously) so that he can chew on the lowest leaves and Monty thinks maybe, just maybe, he will be able to walk on the bookcases, despite them having every surface covered in crap. I hope tomorrow when I come home I don't find the bamboo plant knocked over, water everywhere and lovely green vomit all over the place.
