Property

Interestingly enough, I began writing my will this past week. Well, perhaps not my 'will' but the notes to sit down a write my notes. It wasn't part of class, but rather discussion from class which made me realize perhaps I should actually go ahead and write a will. I don't suppose I'll ever be to the point where I think I have enough possessions and am of an age to need one. Property class wasn't specifically talking about wills, but rather how property is transferred. As we went through the discussion I began to list out what I might consider leaving to different people. It's an odd thing to do. I can't imagine how people with children do it. In truth, the reason I have not written a will yet is because I don't want to make the difficult decision of who would get my cats. On the surface this seems so simple, but the more one thinks about it, the more difficult it becomes. So I'm hoping over the next few months to complete my first will ever. It will be rough and crude as I don't take a class on will writing until next year, but at least it will be there as guidance.

And now back to homework. If anyone is wondering, going to school during the summer is not difficult (in the desire to not be in school way) as most of my friends are no longer in school, so I'm not really missing out on anything.
