A New Quarter

As I was preparing tonight for my new classes tomorrow, I realized this next quarter might be very difficult. I'm taking classes that are far from my common knowledge. Trusts and Estates so far reads very much like Property, which I did not much like. The archaic terms and classifications confuse me and seem in need of change. Then I'm taking a lovely course on Tax. I took basic tax and accounting in undergrad. It wasn't so bad. But I did feel lost at times. There are many terms that just seem like Latin to me. The professor would talk about some formula or ratio and I'd stare blankly. Sure give me the formula and I'd compute it, but I had no idea what it meant. Thankfully Tax only meets twice a week, but I feel it will be confusing as well. Then I'm taking Business Organizations. So far it seems okay. But I fear the interesting case law just won't be there, or what's there won't be fanciful to me. Lastly I'm taking Texas Administrative Law. This could be very interesting, but given the amount of materials I had to buy for it, I know I'll stay BUSY!

So this is what awaits me tomorrow. I'm a little nervous. Feel like I'm in Business school instead of Law School. We shall see.
